2. Products & Custom Orders
- Many of our products are made-to-order or customized based on customer requirements.
- Some products feature UV printing layered over powder-coated metal for detailed graphic designs.
- Once a custom order is confirmed, production begins and changes may not be possible.
- Minor variations in color, size, finish, or texture may occur due to handcrafted production and UV printing processes.
3. UV Printed Orders (Important)
- All UV printed products will only be confirmed and processed after full payment is received.
- Production of UV items will not begin under partial payment, booking, or reservation.
- Once full payment is completed, the order will be considered final and sent into production.
4. Order Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
- If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued where applicable.

- Full payment is required before order processing begins, especially for UV printed and custom products.

6. Production & Delivery

- Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed due to courier or logistics delays.
- Framo Art is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
7. Shipping Responsibility
- Once the order is handed over to the courier, responsibility shifts to the shipping company.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details; incorrect addresses may result in delays or loss.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Custom, made-to-order, and UV printed items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
- Claims must include required evidence, including an unboxing video (mandatory).
